M-Cor Inc., a DuPont Dow Genuine Viton® licensee and manufacturer of high performance Teflon® encapsulated o-rings, with over 15 years experience within the industry, has the expertise to extrude "high precision" close tolerance E-ZEE Bond© o-ring cord and custom fluoroelastomer extrusions. Utilizing the latest technological innovations in the field, our fluoroelastomer extrusions are held to within +/- .0025 of an inch with continuous lengths over 250 feet or greater! Each batch is Laser measured to meet tolerances. Every batch is supplied with certified documentation and lot numbers traceable to the original polymer manufacturer (DuPont Dow) to ensure product integrity and geometric tolerances.
